ENERGY HEALING
✦These 1:1 sessions promote relaxation and the bodies natural healing abilities. There is no kneading of tissue just a soft touch, on specific points of the body, that gives space and permission for energy to flow.
CARD READING
✦Experience an intuitive card reading. Gain clarity on any aspect of your life be it health, career, relationships, love or how they all come together in a personal session. Available in person or on zoom.
POP-UP EVENTS
✦All collaborative events I participate in which include: breathwork, yoga classes, soundbaths, markets and outdoor events.
PRIVATE SOUND THERAPY
✦A 1:1 offering in which harmonic vibrations created by: the crystal singing bowls, crystal pyramid and chimes stimulate the waves associated with deep meditative and peaceful states which promote healing. The sound waves penetrate deep into the physical body and subconscious. Creating space to connect to yourself.

Join me in exploring the harmonious balance of mind, body and spirit. Through transformative energy healings sessions, guided sound meditations and a variety of out-of-studio pop-events I aim to create a space for connection.
Being a highly sensitive person, I centre my work around creating a safe space to help others identify and develop their own healing abilities. Through intuitive guidance, patience and understanding I exercise my gifts to leave one feeling balanced and rejuvenated with a sense of clarity.
As a Vancouver-based Reiki Master, Crystal Singing Bowl Practitioner, Healer and Artist I offer services throughout the lower mainland and Gulf Islands with options for 1:1 energy healing sessions, intuitive readings and group sound baths.
I enjoy working with those already in the healing & wellness community as well as all those curious about personal expansion and well-being.
